This pattern is made with worsted weight yarn. I used Red Heart Super Saver. I used a full skein of green (made different attributes to change the look). White, amount depends on how many layers you make and if you choose to add it. I used about a third of a skein. Yellow, about 5 yards.

This is a Spool Pin Doily pattern that I designed with my partner, who is my mother, in which I really felt came out nicely. So much so that I made a few more in different sizes for my Christmas tree this year!

This was the first spool pin doily pattern that I had created as a hostess gift. I made this while I was getting to know the ladies in what we call our Tuesday Group, which is an offshoot from our guild. Carolyn was delighted to receive this and it was great that it was a gift she could truly use.
