Knitting: Sports Equipment
I recently learned about Scandinavian twined knitting and thought this technique would make a very nice thick and sturdy golf headcover so I set to work designing a pattern.

The long history of the Monmouth Cap intrigued me…particularly given that we have a Monmouth County here in New Jersey.

Crochet: Pet Toys
An easy and fun toy to make for your favorite kitty! The legs curl naturally and it is just the right size for Mittens to toss about the room after getting a snootful of catnip which is stuffed inside the octopus’s head.
Knitting: Sports Equipment
An interesting Aran-inspired headcover for your large (460cc) driver golf club. A basic knowledge of knitting-in-the-round and Irish fisherman sweater designs is helpful. This pattern works best with a sturdy (not soft) yarn to give it body. The sample is finished with a pom-pom on top and a pom-pom maker is highly recommended.
Crochet: Pet Toys
Cute, easy-to-make toy for your cat. Made with one continuous strand of yarn they are quick and fun!
Crochet: Sports Equipment
A sturdy, all-crochet fairway wood sized golf headcover in a patriotic “Stars and Stripes” design.
