I wrote up this pattern for the Chinatown Yarn Circle project that needed hand sized flowers for an outdoor installation. In theory, the pattern could be used with any yarn size, but I did it in worsted to get the desired size.

This is a doll pattern that is assembled in pieces so it makes a handy travel project. Everything except the hair is done in worsted weight yarn but the pattern will work in any size yarn. Done in worsted yarn the doll stands 15 inches.

I made this pattern for my New York Cares volunteer project for the visually impaired. Our criteria for patterns is that they are easy to follow, use affordable yarns and challenge the clients to learn new techniques.
