Knitting: Cloche Hat
I am a notoriously loose knitter. For this hat I wanted a band that would fit my pin head so gauge is less important than getting the band the right length. Measure the recipient’s head and add 1 inch. When you go to pick up stitches you will be able to add the appropriate number to reach 120. Then it is all smooth knitting to the end. Enjoy!
Knitting: Muff
This muff is knit flat but could easily be done in the round. I didn’t because the increases were too fiddly for my taste. The texture of the waffle stitch and the warm alpaca/wool bleand yarn make it extra cozy to share with someone special.
Knitting: Earwarmers
Less than one skein of yarn. Quick gift. Gauge is not important and the size is easily adjusted.
Knitting: Cloche Hat
Cora is an ode to my new favorite series and Lady Cora Crawley. Reminiscent of the twenties, Cora is a neat cloche style hat with a button detail on the brim. Simple enough for a beginner but big on style.
