This is an “any Yarn” project, the sample is made from a single skein of sock weight yarn and made a shawl 16 inches deep and 32 inches across.

A half- circle shawl done in garter stitch, worked in short rows to create a vibrant, light and fun garment.

This is a ribbed scarf that requires only KNIT STITCH. No Purls needed. The scarf is knit the “long way” with two alternating strands to create the fake 2x2 rib in a garter stitch scarf.

Inspired by the PBS series, This hat is designed in honor of the hat Mary wore on her trip to London in Season 3. It has a seed stitch brim worked as a Mobius or alternately knit flat then joined into a single twist and seamed.

A cabled hat inspired by the PBS series. Knit sideways with gentle cables and joined with a graft/kitchner seam then drawn together at the top. Suggest soft worsted weight yarn, size 7-8 needles and one skein of yarn.

These were made as embellishments for some head-wraps. They are simple, have both written and charted directions, and knit up very quickly.
