This easy slip stitch hat is great for kids and young teens! The knitting is easy, but interesting, as is the finished result. I find it especially good for charity knitting, since the pattern is easy to memorize.

The Circle Chain Hat is part of a larger tutorial on the Knitting is Wunderbar! blog that deals with creating a hat pattern from a colorwork chart. The full pattern can be found on the blog or as Ravelry download.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap

This hat is knit from the bottom up in the round. There are two sizes, 19” and 22”. Due to the size of the motif, the difference is partially achieved through a different gauge.
