Knitting: Chart
This chart was inspired by Donna Smith’s Baa-ble hat which was produced for Shetland Wool Week. This chart includes two border collies which will need to be duplicate stitched into the hat when completed or knit in as you desire. The collies were patterned after my own dogs JennietheDog and Sophie, who both happily herd sheep.
Knitting: Cowl, Cuffs
Here is a quick cowl and wrist warmer set that are toasty warm and pretty. The pattern can be knit in any weight but here is shown in DK and written for both DK and Worsted weight.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Several years ago my good friend Tiina was in Finland visiting her family and she kindly brought me back a pair of Finnish socks. Big and soft and squishy they were the warmest winter socks I had ever tried. This is my version of those socks.
Knitting: Legwarmers
Reminiscent of an autumn wood these legwarmers are a quick knit and a great first colourwork project. Worked in three colours you will have plenty of leftover yarn for other accessories.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Here is our new sock based on the characters from Grounded: the Seven:Jasmine’s Ethereal Socks!
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
These are the second socks in the Grounded Sock Series, also published as an eBook: Novel Socks.
Knitting: Mittens
Originally offered as an incentive pattern for fans of What (else) Would Madame Defarge Knit?, these bulky cabled mittens could be worn while walking the dunes and searching the horizon for your ship to come in.
Knitting: Mittens
These colorwork mittens feature a hidden wish (or two) knitted into them. Not everyone needs to know your heart’s desire … but you will think of it every time you wear them or see them worn.
Knitting: Mittens
A warm pair of mittens inspired by the series Game of Thrones. Colour work with charts.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
A lacy pair of socks reminiscent of the wheat fields found in western Washington state.
