This chart was inspired by Donna Smith’s Baa-ble hat which was produced for Shetland Wool Week. This chart includes two border collies which will need to be duplicate stitched into the hat when completed or knit in as you desire. The collies were patterned after my own dogs JennietheDog and Sophie, who both happily herd sheep.

Here is a quick cowl and wrist warmer set that are toasty warm and pretty. The pattern can be knit in any weight but here is shown in DK and written for both DK and Worsted weight.

Several years ago my good friend Tiina was in Finland visiting her family and she kindly brought me back a pair of Finnish socks. Big and soft and squishy they were the warmest winter socks I had ever tried. This is my version of those socks.

Reminiscent of an autumn wood these legwarmers are a quick knit and a great first colourwork project. Worked in three colours you will have plenty of leftover yarn for other accessories.
