Simple pattern for a little beanie for premature babies. Change hook size for smaller beanies.

This pattern is for weather motifs: sunshine, two clouds, raindrop and rainbow. I used dk cotton and a 4mm hook but any yarn could be substituted if using appropriately sized hook.
