The Rock City hat was inspired by a hat I caught a glimpse of on the head of a stranger at Rock City Cafe. It has a tiny rolled brim and a simple combination of knits and purls that give it a delightfully slouchy ft. For some extra panache, add buttons, a pom pom topper, or a single row of duplicate stitch embroidery in a contrasting color.
