This is the worsted weight version of the Pretty Chilly Hat, originally written for sport weight.

This hat uses beginner cable and lace techniques, and is designed to be knit in the round on one long circular needle, using the Magic Loop technique. It can also be knit traditionally in the round on a shorter circular needle. Gauge is not very important, since the hat is quite stretchy. One size fits most.
