Inspired by one of the knitted pairs of wrist warmers that are seen and worn by a female cast member in the Outlander television series which is based on the written books of the highly respected author, Diana Gabaldon.

I am sure that I am not the only one who has fallen in love with the knitted rose coloured capelet seen in the Outlander TV series. This pattern is my interpretation and is based only on my observation of the character Claire seen wearing the capelet in the still photo scenes.

If you enjoyed the Outlander series then you must have noticed and fell in love with the wonderful pieces of knitwear worn by some of the female cast members. This oversized cowl pattern is just a guideline for my interpretation of the cowl seen and worn by the character Claire Beauchamp.
