Crochet: Headband
A simple chevron pattern creates this adorable fox to keep your ears nice and toasty when the weather turns colder.
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
Crochet wash cloths are great for the speed with which they can be made, but they are often very dense. This pattern works up quickly and is also light and airy.
Knitting: Afghan block
Dress up your hexipuffs! These charts are meant to be used with, “The Beekeeper’s Quilt,” by Tiny Owl Knits. The key can easily be added later with duplicate stitch, while the houndstooth pattern may be better knit stranded.
Crochet: Fingerless Gloves
Dainty fingerless mitts for a touch of elegance and warmth. Given the stretchiness of the stitch pattern, they should fit most women’s hands. The size could be easily adjusted by changing hook size or yarn weight.
Knitting: Chart
Perfectly symmetrical trees are hard to find in nature, but not in knitting. This chart features a more natural-looking, asymmetrical tree.
Knitting: Hanging Ornament
Use up left over sock yarn to create these adorable miniature stockings. They make great ornaments and gift toppers… or make a pair for a beloved doll. They could be used any number of ways.
Crochet: Hats - Other
Use post stitches to create cabled X’s and O’s for baby. The pattern is written with instruction for four sizes, but it’s simple construction makes it easy to re-size further.
