I’ve included instructions for measurements from sizes small to large (34”-40” chest). This fits very tight, so if you want it looser, adjust to fit (and I’ve included instructions on how to do that).

This is a one size fits most, but fits anywhere from a 19-23” head. It fits everyone in my family, from my 3 y/o to my husband.
