Knitting: Beanie, Toque
One of the many sights to see in Wisconsin, our home state, are the rolling hillsides and small lakes that formed from the glaciers once present long ago. These kettles and moraines are what make our state unique and are even more beautiful when the leaves begin to change in the fall or when blanketed in a fresh winter snow. Inspired by these g...

This pattern was designed for Kool-Aid dyed yarn my sons made as a summer project with me. Click here to see my blog post about how to dye yarn with Kool-Aid.
Crochet: Sleeveless Top, Tee
The Breezy Tee is a loose-fitting top that can be worn as a fun summer accessory to accent any outfit. You can wear it over a cute sundress or even a swimsuit at the beach. With an open concept, you’ll only seam this garment at the shoulders and border at the bottom to allow for maximum comfort while looking fashionable at the same time.
Knitting: Sleeveless Top
As a mom of three young kiddos that are always on the go, I need to wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows me to keep up with all the fun. One of my go-to clothing items is a tank top or sleeveless shirt that I can layer under a cardigan or over a t-shirt. The Oversized Sleeveless Tunic is designed to be a go-to knit that you can actually...
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
The Water Shawl is a large, flowing semi-circular shawl. The cable detail in this shawl is inspired by the patterns created by rocks splashing on water in the summer time. The largest size in this shawl takes up a lot of yarn, and drapes beautifully for covering up when it gets breezy at night in the summer.

Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Inspired by Donna Druchunas during discussions in a group of craftivists, the Resist Beanie is a simple crocheted hat with a filet crochet brim that spells out the word “resist”. With spring and summer fast approaching, the need for a lighter, cotton hat to support change has come up. Though it fits the average-sized head snugly, this hat is l...
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
My parents own the Royal Victorian Manor, the house-turned-B&B that was The Cherry Street Inn in the movie Groundhog Day. The Groundhog Hat, inspired by a certain pink hat design, was made specifically to look like groundhog ears for everyone to wear for Groundhog Day festivities (and beyond).

Using OMG’s Grand Canyon yarn in a simple fair isle pattern, the Fiesta Hat and Cowl are the perfect quick projects to add to your collection of hand knit accessories, or to give as a gift. Use a main color and five complementary colors for matching accessories to brighten up a cold winter day.
Crochet: Cowl

Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
Inspired by the inside joke that is the “Mailbox Lady Saga”, the Letter Carrier Fingerless Mitts are meant to be an easy project that is perfect for gifts throughout the year. Fingerless mitts are great to wear inside during the colder months, and when you’re in the Midwest, you know that there are more cold months than there are warmer months.

The Red Dragon Shawl is a heart-shape shawl based on the painting The Great Red Dragon and the Woman Clothed in Sun by William Blake. Brightly colored hand dyed yarns wil...
Knitting: Pullover
I designed this pattern specifically for Juniper Moon Farm’s Sabine. A great blend of wool, royal llama, and cotton. You will need between 4-6 skeins (218 yds per skein) of the main color and 2 skeins of the complimentary color. Otherwise, you’d need an equivalent amount of worsted weight yarn.
