Crochet: Animal Toy
Designed, with love and friendship, for Cat Fry, known as ByHook on Ravelry, for the Grand Opening of her crochet shop, Cat’s Crochet Corner.
Crochet: Softies - Other
FUN PATTERN . . every time I make it I modify it to look different. In the last week I have made 15 (+/-) to send to the Wyoming County SPCA, a no kill animal shelter here in Western New York. They, in turn, will sell them through their donated storefront in one of the local malls.
Crochet: Afghan block
Decorations for the wreath can be anything that you want to add. I used seed ebads to mimic ornaments, testers used red yarn French Knots for Holly Berries and Christmas Buttons for Ornaments.
Crochet: Cardigan
There is no gauge for this sweater. You will use the attached measurement chart to make the size sweater you need.
Crochet: Potholder
The basic potholders are made with a 3-round granny square of your choice. In the fourth (4th) row I did a double crochet in every stitch and in the corners I did 3 dc, ch 2 and 3 dc.
Crochet: Doily
This pattern is a Mandala to commemorate the beginning of my husband’s journey with Adenocarcinoma (cancer in the duodenum. So rare it doesn’t have a group to support it or a ribbon color.)
Crochet: Hanging Ornament
This pattern is written with two options for the size of the socks. I opted to make some of both options.
Crochet: Brimmed Hat
This hat was made for my best friends’ grand daughter using a steel hook that belonged to my grandmother.
Crochet: Earflap Hat
I think the most important thing about this pattern is to have two cute buttons for the front flap. The buttons can add so much to the cuteness for either the female or male version of the hat.
Crochet: Book Cover
The hook was actually a 2.55 steel hook that I have had for years. If I were to make it with another hook that everyone could find, I would use a size C / 2.75 mm.
Crochet: Earflap Hat
This pattern can be made to fit any head from a preemie to an adult male. Your stitch count is based on the circumference and height of the head that will wear it. If you do not have the measurements, there is a chart that can be used for the sizes.
Crochet: Cardigan
100% of the purchase price for the pattern goes to Natalie’s 2nd Chance Shelter, a no-kill dog shelter in my home state of Indiana. It is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization
Crochet: Afghan block
Pattern is done using a chart. It could easily be converted into knitting or Filet.
Crochet: Cowl
Two patterns in one, and two cowls in one. AND a pattern to use up some of your stash.
Crochet: Edging
Although this pattern is shown done in two colors, it can be made in one color, or different colors for each round.
Crochet: Cloche Hat
This pattern is a basic cloche. Solid crown and a body made up of solid rounds and sounds with small openings. To add a little fun, there are three 3-Dimensional butterflies around the edge next to the face.
Crochet: Toy Mobile
The pattern is an extensive photo and written tutorial on how to make the Butterflies and how to put everything together to make the finished mobile.
Crochet: Headband
Saw the idea of using a rubber band, like those used for ponytails, as an anchor for the beginning and end of a headband. Then, as the baby grows, they will still be able to wear the headband.
Crochet: Afghan block
This pattern was the last in a set of patterns designed for an afghan square swap.
Crochet: Table Setting - Other
The bags are made with the same pattern. Don’t they look totally different in the different yarns?
Crochet: Earflap Hat
This hat was made using Bernat Blanket Yarn and a K hook … the F hook and Bernat Cotton Thread are used for the Ear Tufts, along with bells.
Crochet: Edging
I LOVE making the Dog Paws Christmas Stocking and the Cat Paws Stocking from Red Heart.
Crochet: Edging
I have been making a lot of the Dog Paw or Cat Paw stockings from Red Heart. However, I do not like the fact that there is no cuff at the top. To me, they look unfinished. So, I have come up with this cuff pattern.

Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I wanted something different for my great niece to wear in December. I knew I wanted a Christmas Tree and I knew I wanted it to have real “lighted” mini-lights on it. What you see is what I ended up with.
Crochet: Dress, Beanie, Toque
These colors remind me of the Creamsicles I ate as a child, cool and refreshing, thus the name.
Crochet: Edging
This is a pattern that shows you everything you need to do to add a crochet edging to any unfinished item.
Crochet: Potholder
This is a VERY forgiving pattern if you add or drop a stitch. If sides are within a stitch or row of each other, they can be eased together when you join them. (See if you can tell where I messed up on this one? The other one came out perfect.)
Crochet: Tote
Made for my BFF since elementary school . . we are now 65 so this has been a LONG friendship.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
It was getting close to February 2020. I had yet to make anything for my great niece “E.”
Crochet: Toys and Hobbies - Other
The “ring” of the rattle is softly stuffed. I wanted the baby to be able to easily grab it between their fingers easily.
Crochet: Cloche Hat
Included is a chart for the measurements of hats for different ages. The pattern is based on these measurements. Therefore it can easily be adapted anywhere from a child size to an adult.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Can you believe this is my 1st completed hat for Christmas 2020. I had this HUGE urge to design this pattern but new “E,” my great niece, already had enough hats for this Christmas.
Crochet: Dress
This pattern was designed and written for my 2 year old great niece who wears a size 2T. However, there is a chart for sizes 1 and 3T so adaptations can be made.
Crochet: Blanket - Other, Hats - Other
This hat and cocoon set were designed for my great niece, Elizabeth Grace. She is not here yet. She will make her official appearance 12 - 17 June 2012.
Crochet: Cardigan
This pattern was designed as a “Join-As-You-Go” Granny pattern. However, you may join the squares in any manner you desire.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is a fun pattern. I enjoyed adding the crown to the basic hat pattern. By doing this, the hat will not be as heavy as if I added it on top of the basic hat.
Crochet: Baby Blanket
This is a “Join-As-You-Go” Blanket. It is started in the center with additional squares added around the center square. There is a photo and written tutorial to show this method of joining.
Crochet: Brimmed Hat
This was made for Evan, who was supposed to be a Bridget …it is a quick pattern, since I needed to make him something “masculine” since everything he had fromme was in pink.
Crochet: Tote
The actual pattern makes a tote that is 9” in diameter and 12 1/2” deep. Because I like my totes to hang by my pants pockets, I made the shoulder straps 21 1/2” long.
Crochet: Toy Game
100% of the sale of this pattern will be donated to the Animal Relief Coalition for Haiti (ARCH) through the ASPCS. This is in honor, and memory, of all the “furbabies” who have passed through my life and left their paw prints on my heart.
Crochet: Baby Blanket
The size of this blanket can be made bigger by adding more rows to the border of the 2 X 2 center square.
Crochet: Decorative - Other

Crochet: Toys and Hobbies - Other
This is a learning game for a baby/toddler. The fish are made of multiple colors, as is the tote. The child will be able to learn colors, counting, the concept of solid and striped. If you choose to embroider an alphabet letter n each fish, it becomes an alphabet game.
Crochet: Coaster
This pattern is a WONDERFUL way to use up those bits and pieces of yarn and make something “giftable” out of them.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
Hats are done in Wainscoat/Knit St. If you can do that st, you can make the hat.
Crochet: Headband
LOVeD making this. I can’t wait to deliver it to Bridgette’s parents along with a coordinating sweater.
Crochet: Potholder
This was one piece of a kitchen ensemble, along with a matching tote, that I made for Joyce’s birthday. You can see the matching pieces in the bottom photos.
Crochet: Potholder
Besides the picture of the potholder at the top of the page, I have included a close up of the details and a photo of the complete Kitchen Ensemble that was made.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I needed to make a Christmas themed hat for my great niece, “E”. AS my tradition goes, she gets her Christmas Themed hats at Thanksgiving so she can wear them during December.
Crochet: Legwarmers, Earflap Hat
These patterns were made for my great niece. She lives in an area that is cold, windy and snowy in the winter.
Crochet: Cowl
This pattern was made to fit over my had . . and I have a big skull. And, no, I don’t have a BIG HEAD to go with it! Although at times, I wish that skull was filled with a brain that worked as much as the skull is big. I could have been a genius.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
I like to make my niece, Miss E, a hat for each holiday. This year I knew exactly what I wanted to make, a Lop Eared Bunny. I could see it in my mind’s eye, now, could I make it a reality?
Crochet: Baby Blanket
Becky and Kenny have waited a long time to adopt. Miss Lydia came into the world the beginning of April. This edging was named for her and the fact it resembles a crown.
Crochet: Edging
Maria was a neighbor to my parents from the day she was born until she went to college.
Crochet: Cardigan
The actual crochet hooks I used belonged to my grandmother. They only had the sizes on them: 0 and 8 and were from Boye.
Crochet: Cardigan, Headband
Sweater is made to be loose. The headband is made to be tied with a ribbon so it will fit the head as the child grows.
Crochet: Brimmed Hat
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this hat. It is so soft and light weight …perfect for a cool summer night.
Crochet: Edging
Even though this is done on a baby blanket, it could be used on any item where you want a thick ruffle.
Crochet: Table Setting - Other
This ia a GREAT way to STASH BUST. At most, I used 2 ounces of each color and I doubt if it were that much.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is a fun pattern …a BIG EYED turkey, with an even larger beak and a red “snood” hanging down the side of his nose. Does he have feathers, you bet he does … and they are various colors too.
Crochet: Cardigan
This sweater started out to be an NFL Sweater for a Cincinnati Bengals fan. However, as I worked on it, I saw a Halloween Sweater emerge. So this pattern can be used for dualk purposes . . Halloween and one’s favorite PRO/College/High school Sports team.
Crochet: Scarf
I have LOVED working on this pattern. It has turned out to be a VERY popular scarf … the pattern has been finished for less than a week and I have orders from three people to make this scarf for them.
Crochet: Dress
I always make my thread patterns using Bernat’s 14 oz /1746 yard balls (400 g/1598m) balls. I came no where close to using the whole ball for any color.
Crochet: Decorative - Other
I needed something quick and easy to make for Christmas gifts this year. We are moving in January and my mind is not on following a pattern where I have to make lots of different patterns.
Crochet: Containers
This was made as something to hold the Apple and Pumpkin Coasters I just completed.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This pattern can be finished several ways. So you can mix and match the finishes to your liking.
Crochet: Afghan block
This square was an experiment with color and design. I do not know how much yarn I used since I was trying to use up scraps in an eye appealing, creative, way.
Crochet: Book Cover
I have a MASTER PDF for the individual recipe cards. Please earburn me so I can send this to you.
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
The pattern will be available once I get the final instructions written down.
Crochet: Doily
Don’t you just LOVE decorating for Christmas? No … me neither. Well, I do like putting things out that are “Christmas-y” but I don’t like tearing up the whole house and transforming it into a Christmas Wonderland.
Crochet: Stocking
This is a written pttern which includes a size chart for adapting the pattern from a preemie through an adult.
Crochet: Scarf
Simple, warm scarf/ neck warmer pattern for those who need a dressy scarf in a cold, windy and/or snowy climate.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
The snow season is in the near future, but Christmas is right around the corner. Not only will children have “visions of Sugar Plums” dancing in their head, but Frosty the Snowman will start making appearances in their dreams.
Crochet: Cozy - Other
This ia a GREAT way to STASH BUST. At most, I used 2 ounces of each color and I doubt if it were that much.
Crochet: Edging
This edging can be used on any item that needs to be edged. It is shown on a receiving blanket.
Crochet: Afghan block
This pattern is named for the Ceri’s baby. She is the only pregnant woman I know who would get a kick out of a crocheted bunny named for her future offspring.
Crochet: Cowl
Even though there are yarns listed, this was designed as a STASH BUSTER Cowl … I needed to use some of the scrap yarns I had lying around and hated to just throw away.
Crochet: Shrug / Bolero, Dress, Headband
This outfit was designed for a baby sized 0 - 3 months. There are directions included for larger sizes.
Crochet: Dress
The pattern is written using one color. But, to show off the pattern, I have chosen to display the two colored version.
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
What a fun pattern. I MUST buy some gray yarn so I can give people “Gray Hare’s” for their birthday. LOLOL
Crochet: Cardigan
Today is November 1, 2008. I have just placed this sweater and it’s sister sweater (Tweed Sweater #2. which looks totally different because I used different a different color pattern instead of this monotone one.) on my blog. The pattern will be coming as soon as I get my “chicken scratches” convereted to MS Word.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
This is the first in a collection of Ugly Christmas Sweater HatsI chose the colors for my hat from the colors I thought the recipient would like. Just remember, it IS an Ugly Christmas Sweater hat so the colors are fun and friendly. Enjoy using the colors you have on hand.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque

Crochet: Cowl
This cowl was made as a special gift for a niece. It was made out of the leftover yarn from a Prayer Shawl I made for her mother.
Crochet: Headband
I have made my headband out of thread. However, you could use any size thread or yarn you desire and match your kook to the yarn.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque, Animal Toy
This pattern is a Two-4-One. One pattern is for the Caterpillar Toy and the other pattern is the Caterpillar Hat.
Crochet: Beanie, Toque
The idea of this design was to make an Ear Warmer for my niece who ski’s in the Adirondack’s.
Crochet: Afghan block
When finished, the sections in this block look like they have a woven basket pattern, thus the name of WOVEN Log Cabin.
Crochet: Washcloth / Dishcloth
I started to make a dishcloth that reminded me of the ones my grandma made when I was young. However, I got bored with the pattern and changed it after a few rows.
Crochet: Cloche Hat
This hat can be made smaller or larger depending on the number of rows in the pattern (rows 1 - 13) that you use. Just measure the crown for size, then skip to row 14 and continue.
Crochet: Cup / Mug
Make sure to use a cup as a template. (I crochet very tight, so you may have to adjust your needle size to achieve the correct size for your cup.) This way you are guaranteed to get the corrcet circumference and heighth for your cup.
Crochet: Shrug / Bolero
Remember how you used to sign the notes you passed in class to that “special guy” with X’s and O’s … and now you use them for the notes you write to your children?
Crochet: Balaclava
I wanted to make my Toddler great niece a hat I had seen a pattern in here that I liked, but, when I wanted to start it, it wasn’t available …so I “winged it.”
Crochet: Decorative - Other
This is a GREAT pattern to use up your larger scraps of yarn. You know, those skeins where you have almost half of it left, not enough for a project but too much to throw out:(
