Knitting: Throw
The pattern uses alternating knit & purl sts to create the heart shapes. Make a summer throw by using small size needles and light weight yarn. Use bulky yarn and matching needles for a warm winter comfort.
Knitting: Throw
A blanky to snuggle in, made of individual heart-blocks sewn together. The hearts fits upward and upside down, like the reflection of lotus flowers.
Knitting: Cozy - Other
(This pattern is similar to the rainbow trees, but starts with a short row of 2sts, and inc to 24sts).
Knitting: Cozy - Other
This is a pattern for a pot/pan cover, to keep the pot warm, and to let the food finish cooking while the stove is off.
Knitting: Cozy - Other
An easy pattern for pot/pan cover. I use it all the time, to keep the food hot and to let it finish cooking after the stove is turned off.
Knitting: Coaster
This is a rendering of the Samadhi, Meher Baba’s tomb (India), into a small chart, for double knit coasters.
Knitting: Wall Hanging
A walk in THE DEEP DARK WOOD… or not :) depending on your interpretation of it: the colors you use, where you put dark & light colors, and which blocks are knit in the same color.
Knitting: Wall Hanging
The ‘Fuzzy Trees’ is a fun whimsical knit picture. It can be done with crazy yarn or with nature tone, you can follow the pattern strictly, or change it and meander as you knit on. Mainly, it’s an exercise in loosening our color restrictions, and celebrating color & texture.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
Note: check the pattern before printing. It has many how to color photos that you may choose not to print.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap
This pattern is for an extra large, showy shawl. Add colors to your heart’s delight, and don’t worry about mistakes. Instead - incorporate them into the knitting.
Knitting: Baby Blanket
This pattern is more of a technique. It combines alternating yarns every 2 rows, with double stranding in a way that is very easy to do and creates rich and subtle fabrics.
Knitting: Slippers
These socks/slippers are done in garter st on 2 needles, with double inc/dec for shaping. They are actually a partial module (hence the name). They are fast and easy to knit.
Knitting: Baby Blanket
Hearts 7x7 is a baby blanket, but can be easily made into a prayer shawl, a scarf, a wall hanging…
Knitting: Toys and Hobbies - Other
This is my second baby book, and they are just so much fun to make.
Knitting: Coaster
This pattern is based on Meher Baba’s ‘Mastery in Servitude’ symbol (unfortunately I had to loose a lot of details in order to fit it into a coaster). I thought it will make a perfect gift for Mother’s day.
Knitting: Shawl / Wrap, Cowl, Scarf
This pattern is an ‘all purpose’ pattern, and it works well for:
Knitting: Coaster
4 coaster patterns in double knitting (can be done also in stranding, Intarsia or crochet).
Knitting: Applique / Embellishment
A surprise knit means knitting a pattern without knowing what it is. Hence - the surprise! It’s a fun small project of something that I’m sure you can incorporate later into…
Knitting: Baby Blanket
This pattern is easy and fast (took me 5-6 hours for the knitting itself, without the border).
Knitting: Baby Blanket
This is an easy baby blanket, suitable for beginners. It’s a great place to start color work and reading charts, instructions for how to do it are enclosed.
Knitting: Chart
This pdf includes 2 pages with 27 squares of heart charts, for you to make your own designs:
Knitting: Beanie, Toque
This pattern was originally made for a youth camp, where in 1.5 hours I want to teach the ‘kids’ how to knit and be advanced enough in the project so they can finish it later by themselves.
Knitting: Chart
This chart was made for 2 hour workshop. It’s meant for teaching color work and reading charts. The picture is too small to give tree details - but it does give the practice.
