My Sedge Stitch Newborn Baby Beanie is a quick and easy pattern to learn. The pattern is written in newborn sizing, but can easily be adjusted to fit anyone from baby to adult. I suggest using a DK weight yarn, but if you choose, you may also use a worsted weight yarn as well.
