Inspired by the sailor Klimenty Nagorny (1887-1918). Every turning row reflects the turn of the tide, ebbing & flowing in perpetuum. Like gentle waves on mild seas, each stitch motif crests and falls into the next, anchored steadfastly far below. Clement weather, smooth sailing. Crochet with a small side of history.
