I’m 5’7”, usually wear a misses Large or 12-14. Before washing, this shirt fits me loosely, but not so big I wouldn’t wear it out in public. The hem hits me mid-hip, the sleeve about midway on my upper arm. I also bought an AA shirt in XL, which I will NOT wear in public- it fits me very snugly. (But my husband likes it.)
I’m 5’4” and usually wear a 2X. Knowing that “Women” t-shirts tend to run small on me I ordered the 3X. I LOVE how sexy it looks, but unfortunately I can’t raise my arms without flashing my stomach. I’ll be wearing a tank top when I’m out in public, underneath, that way I don’t have to be self-conscious. Everything else about it I love. It’s going in the wash tomorrow, hopefully the fit will still be ok after that.
Note to Casey & Jess, please get more of the shirts available in this Hanes Women’s cut… even if it’s a little short for plus size gals, it’s still very flattering and I love the V-neck. Unisex crew-neck shirts make me sad, this shirt makes me happy. :)
I usually wear a medium, though I’ve got a larger bust. After seeing the discussion about sizes, I ordered a large. It’s comfortable and a little loose, but not too bad. A medium would probably have been a snugger fit.
I love (1) it! I’m 5’4”–36H–18W, and I like my tops body-conscious, and the 2X fits just right at the moment. If it were to shrink, I would be more worried about losing length than width. I will take care when I wash it.
Got mine today. I LOVE it. I got the XL and I’m on the very busty side, but it fits wonderfully. It’s very body friendly.
Love it! For those of you wondering about sizing, I am 5’4”, 42C, and tend to wear an 18-20 in tops from Lane Bryant. I got the 2x and it fits just like I wanted…slightly snug, but not too tight. It is a teensy bit shorter than I would like, especially since tees tend to shrink more in length over time, but I have a black cami with lace edging and it looks really cute with the lace peeking out underneath.
I wear a size 24-26 and according to the size chart, a 3X should fit just fine. I can get it ON, and it is ok, but WAY too short! It hits me just below my natural waist and I am not busty. :) Sadly, I passed them on to my daughter who wears an 18 and the 3X fits her just perfectly.
