My Nana passed away at the age of 94 on April 6, 2016. She spent much of her life knitting. She was prone to just designing something on her own. She knit the dress she wore when my parents got married. When she stopped knitting, I inherited her supplies and extra yarn. Knitting and designing patterns is a bond we shared for nearly 15 years.

Please let me know if you have problems, find something difficult to understand, or I simply messed up.

You can use any yarn for this- select needles based on the yarn you choose.

This was my very first pattern. I liked making them because it allowed me to do simple squares, but to not make another scarf or blanket. My cousin’s little boy (and husband) loved them.
