Knitting: Fingerless Gloves
Ivy vines sprawl. They cover the every visible surface they can. The vines in these gloves do the same. The patterning panel reaches from the thumb, around the back of the hand, to the palm, covering as much of the public side of the glove as possible. This effect is more pronounced in the smaller glove sizes.
Knitting: Mid-calf Socks
Scalesia is a simple lace, toe-up sock pattern featuring striped fagoting, spaced with rib for a snug fit, and a short row heel. It was designed for the speckle-style colorways commonly found among indie dyers, but subtle variegated, tonal, or solid colorways will also work.
