Crochet: Cardigan
This is my first written pattern of something wearable. It was tested only by me and I would love your input or comments, so I could improve it :-)

This tapestry/pillow is made using overlay mosaic crochet technique. It contains a digital chart, full written instructions,mosaic crochet explanation, advice on how to read the chart, photos, written pattern for the tapestry, written pattern for the pillow back panels and assembly instructions.

I am fascinated by spirals, especially spirals occurring in nature. It’s something mesmerising about them. Spiral is one of the oldest symbols representing creativity, energy, growth etc. It is a shape used for centuries. So it’s not surprising that I was inspired by ferns for this pattern.

Meditation and yoga are part of my everyday life and I can see the benefits on my body and mind. Yoga is a very mindful practice, being present in every breath and every move. Calming my mind but still feeling energetic and constructive afterwards.
