This square is my submission as the February square in the Designers Showcase Sampler sponsored by Melinda Miller.

This is a very easy snowflake design. Testers said it works up fast. You don’t have to be traditional and use just white for a snowflake, you can use whatever yarn is in your bag. Grab a cup of cocoa, cuddle up under this great blanket.

This wonderful scarf pattern was created with the Special Olympics 2009 in mind. The colors can be worked in any combination but the colors used are Red Heart Super Saver Delft Blue and White.

This pattern was designed with my mom in mind. Her favorite color is purple but the camera doesn’t do the color purple justice when I took the picture. So I’ll probably add more pictures in other colors.

I thoroughly enjoyed creating this pattern for the beanie heart hat. The model in the pictures is a local attorney and has this sort of “I didn’t steal the cookies Mom” look. My testers have said that just by switching one size down of a hook they were able to make an adolescent beanie and going one size even smaller the hat fits a smaller child.

I’ve had so many requests for a border around each square that the pattern has been updated to include a border around each square. I had a request for a “Square” version of the crochet illusion shadow heart pattern so I’ve added a large heart square that is 9” x 9”. Apparently people wanted to make dishcloths and afghans from squares.

I created this blanket using Bernat 3 ply yarn. Many of my testers of the pattern used 4 ply medium worsted yarn in their favorite colors and their blankets worked up much larger.

This unique optical illusion square isn’t that hard to create. Alternate each center portion of the square so that the illusion starts in a different direction with each square you crochet. A great addition to any swap, exchange or comfortghan.
