This pattern is a simple reversible cowl and about incorporating a simple yet intentional breathing exercise into your knitting. My inspiration is from the Julian of Norwich revelation- Await, Allow, Accept and Attend.

Blue Wave is a single loop cowl. This is a great pattern to knit in Blue, Rainbow, Purple or even Pink. I just don’t recommend knitting it in Red in 2018 if you live in the good old’ USA

I used size 13 double point needles. One skein of super bulky yarn with at least 85 yards will complete the hat.

Note that this cowl will be worked in the round and worked back and forth.

You may want to use stitch markers where you are changing from Knit to Purl sections.
