Knitting: Cowl
Inspired by the shapes on the beach left by the tide at Saunton Sands, this wrap can be worn as a single cowl, doubled up, as a hood or even pulled down as a shoulder warmer for the beach time walks, taking the edge off the coastal breeze.
Knitting: Hanging Ornament
A simple pattern starting with one leaf, working towards an i-cord stem then knitting another leaf and joining stems together. Instructions include instructions on creating berries by simple stitching.
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves, Cowl
The artist Max Escher inspired this pattern, simple stripes that progress from one main colour to another.
Knitting: Mittens
This pattern can be bought as a kit including yarn, printed pattern and stash bag from Skein Queen or from my etsy shop.
Knitting: Toys and Hobbies - Other
This pattern has been created to create a giant birthday cake for Jacksons, one of Reading UK’s oldest family run department stores. We need your help to make 135 candles by 11 September 2010.

I am inspired by the tilework, the colours on the exteriors of the buildings and my camera and sketchbook are always full of different architectural delights and the patterns. I made my first pair of Alfredos after being inspired on the very day that...

The colourway is from a series of yarns created by Skeinqueen, inspired by Pushing Daisies TV series. The fairisle pattern is almost a circle that shifts along on each repe...
Knitting: Fingerless Gloves, Mittens
This pattern was influenced by some yarn created by Skein Queen called Seven Swans and by a walk along the edge of the river and the ripples you see.
