Ribbing and lace got together to make a baby shawl!

This pattern can easily be adapted to make a larger hand towel. I chose the size I did because cotton is so absorbent and effective that a larger towel seemed like overkill to me.

I started designing this pattern when my little sister found out she was pregnant. I wanted something boy-friendly, but with the potential to use for a girl as well.
