I created these gloves so that I would have something to knit between classes. I wanted something easy to knit, but more interesting than a simple 2X2 rib. I was taking Anatomy and Physiology at the time, so since I was doing ribbing, I decided to name the gloves for the muscles between the ribs, the intercostals. Thanks to Jennifer Adams, Cind...
