COLORBOMB Creations
Sarindipitous™ yarns are inspired by the yarn “Sari Salad” by Lexi Boeger in Intertwined. They are playful and composed of the brightest, softest silk thrums left over from the production of saris, the traditional garment worn by women in India, Bangladesh, and surrounding regions. Each is corespun around vintage commercial mohair yarn.
A COLORBOMB Greenish™ product, using 100% recycled/upcycled/repurposed materials. Silk thrums are reclaimed from the manufacture of Indian saris. Mohair core yarns are reclaimed (thrifted & donated).
Fiber content, yardage, and weight varies; ranges from Worsted (approx. 9-10WPI) to Über-Bulky (approx. 2-4WPI).
Recommend gently handwashing separately in cool water and air dry flat.
