The Monday base, a perfect yarn for socks. It contains mostly wool, which we all know is a super fiber that wicks away moisture, gets warmer when wet, is flame retardant and most important will keep your body parts toasty warm. It also contains a little bit of polyamide which is a nylon, and that makes sure that, after all that loving work you have put into your garment, it will last a long time.
Here at Friday Studios I use quality acid dyes that are heat set into the yarn, it is then washed with a mild wool friendly detergent, rinsed and dried.
