This particular yarn is a fabulous blue-faced-leicester/nylon blend that is wonderful for socks and other fine yarn projects. The bfl absorbs and reflects color beautifully with the added bonus of having a fine sheen that gives a touch of visual luxury to the finished product. If you have already tried bfl you know exactly what I mean! It is an absolute pleasure to knit or crochet.

My yarns are kettle-dyed multiple times for a range of beautiful and subtle color transitions within each skein. Sometimes the final product is a rich or bright semi-solid, and at other times an alchemical mix of different hues where the dyes interact.
