Summer is the season for warm climate knitters to shine! In Southern California, knits are often breezy lace delicacies or layering pieces for those dastardly patches of cloud cover. Although I hail from the East Coast, my dear nieces were born and raised here and I took inspiration from their cool-girl fashions with “Noelia”. It is a boxy, cropped stockinette shell with lacy shoulders and loads of #OOTD (outfit of the day) potential. Wear it alone with denim, layer it over a boho jumpsuit, throw it on over your swimsuit with a sarong around your hips, flip it backwards for lower neckline…whatever floats your boat!
