I am considered one of the UK’s leading lace designers and learnt to knit as a young child while growing up in Norway. My designs feature a variety of techniques including lace, cables and fair isle and I’m well known for my beautiful lace shawls as well as garments.

My first book, Beaded Lace Knitting, was published in 2015 by Stackpole Books. My second book, Easy Lace Knits will be released in spring 2018.

Since 2006, I’ve been teaching workshops at yarn shops and national shows in the UK. My workshops cover a variety of lace techniques, sock knitting, cables, steeking, continental knitting, fair isle/stranded knitting, short rows, finishing techniques and much more.
