I live in the west of Ireland in a small village between two giant lakes, Lough Corrib and Lough Mask. I forage, hunt with a sparrowhawk, grow organic vegetables, and make wine with wild plants and berries. I also design patterns for hand knitting for outdoor living that are all inspired by the landscape that surrounds me.
