I am a knitwear & yarn designer, fashion entrepreneur and illustrator raised in Korea and living in beautiful Surrey, UK.

It’s been over 30 years since I learnt how to knit stockinette stitch from my mom. Before my dream job as ARA STELLA, I was working as an award winning graphic designer and womenswear designer in London. Knitting and collecting yarns from all over the world were my very passionate interests.

In 2023, my works are published in ‘Pom Pom’ magazine and the book ‘52 Weeks of Socks Vol.2’ by Laine publishing.
