Hi everyone! I’m Caitie, the maker and designer who runs the blog and online shop Thoresby Cottage. I live in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa with my family.

Much of my inspiration is drawn from nature and I enjoy creating whimsical amigurumi, home decor, granny squares and more. I am fueled by faith and do most of my designing and making armed with a cup of tea.
