I learned how to crochet January 2012 and have just fallen in love with it. A friend wanted us to learn together and I agreed, but was less than enthusiastic. But once I started watching you tube videos and teaching myself how to crochet, I discovered that I absolutely loved it! I have to say that I am so thankful my friend talked me into this hobby! I was once skeptical that I would be any good at crochet at all. Then I was skeptical that I would ever be able to make a pattern on my own, but I have now started doing just that! I look forward to making more of my own designs and making those designs available to others for free through my blog. I get so excited when I find really good patterns for free and I would love to be able to create that same joy and excitement in others!
I am a stay-at-home-mom and a student. Finding free time is difficult, but necessary to stay sane! I have found crocheting to be a wonderful outlet to keep my hands busy and let my thoughts run free.
