I should probably update my profile since I’m knitting and designing again.

After several years of waiting and wondering and waiting and life, I finally got an autism diagnosis in the fall of 2023… oh, don’t apologize, I love that I finally am understanding myself better and I’m happier now than I have been in far too long.

Allowing myself to be me, I started knitting again but letting the yarn speak, to tell me what it wanted to be. And thus, the first knitted chicken was born, and the first pattern I’ve written in more than 15 years came to be.
