I’m a maths teacher who lives in St Albans, UK. I designed my first pattern after exploring stranded knitting. I love exploring the relationship between motifs and the structural design of a piece. I like to write a pattern as a (sort of) flow diagram: one section giving an overview of the main parts of creating the piece and other sections giving the detail for each part.
