I’m a self-taught crocheter and knitter. In 1988 I taught myself to crochet from a book, and in 1999 I taught myself to knit and I’ve never looked back. I’ve also dabbled in embroidery, cross stitch, needlepoint, quilling, quilting, calligraphy, and painting.

After my 3rd son was born, I discovered the joys of knitting dishcloths -- small and quick with instant gratification. At the beginning of 2007, I decided to give designing a try and I absolutely love it!
