I learned how to crochet in 2012 after a particularly bad snowstorm. My mother sat me down and taught me in an afternoon. In January 2014, I decided to learn the other half of this discipline. I took knitting lessons at Close Knit, in Midland Park, and a few months later they offered me a job.

Now I spend my time learning as much as I can and work on my designs. I have a bachelors degree in Biological Anthropology. I look at fashion and design as a cultural exploration. A lot can be learned by taking the time to look at a given cultures dress and costume.
