My mother taught me to knit when I was a wee girl, and I would knit booties for all the new babies that we knew. As tends to happen, knitting took a serious back seat as I got older, but then when I had my own baby due in winter I got out the needles again. That was back in 2010 and I have never really put those needles back down again.

In June 2015 I shared my first pattern design with the world, and have thoroughly enjoyed learning all the ins and outs of knitting pattern design since then. Each year I have bigger and better plans for patterns than the year before. There are always at least three designs mulling away in the back of my mind.
