Passionate about design - William Morris said it all in Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful. An ardent maker of stitches, clothes, food, music and gardens, I’ve always believed good design should be available to all who appreciate it, not just the few who can afford to buy couture. With this in mind, I’ve been publishing pattern books for more than twenty years, the most recent being Great Little Gifts to Knit, published by The Taunton Press in September 2013. I love sharing skills, teach knit design courses in the UK, Europe and the US and also host knitting tours -coming up are Knit Greece in May 2015 and Knit France in September 2015.
