Hi, Im the creative behind designs by diligence. I love to create! Most of the time that means crocheting, but l also knit and embroider, really anything that makes me think and use my hands I love to do. I started designing my own crochet patterns in 2009 but I did not start writing them down till about 2011. I had no idea that people would find my ideas interesting. I’ve recently started adding knitting patterns and embroidery tutorials to the blog also (2016). My family and I live in Kansas, south of Kansas City. My husband is a preacher at a local congregation. We have two daughters that I often refer to as and Puzzle Queen and Sweet Pea. I’m excited to share with you what I am working on and my thoughts on crafting.
