Hello everyone! I’m Kate, owner and designer of Crafting Friends Designs and Founder of The Battle of the Stitches crochet challenge. I’ve been crocheting for 30+ years and designing since 2011.

My love of crochet was passed down to me from my mom and grandma. I absolutely love designing and making afghans (my true obsession) and while my girls were little, I enjoyed designing things for them.
