I was passionate about knitting since I was a little girl and my mother played a major role on this.
I taught myself to crochet and after a few tries Dino the dinosaur was my first amigurumi who “saw” the daylight. That’s how KATS handmade items was founded. My favourite material is cotton: it’s texture and pureness are some of the reasons why.

I work from home, in a studio/office located at the centre of Athens.Creating new original crochet designs is a permanent bullet point on my to do list. I derive my inspiration by the animal kingdom and my urban surroundings.
