I have been knitting and crocheting since elementary school, which shall we say is a long time! I have learned so much from the many talented designers on Ravelry and have tremendous respect for the effort that goes into pattern writing. It’s one thing to have an idea, but it’s a whole other level to translate that idea onto paper for other people to understand and recreate. What a boatload of work!
