I began knitting in late fall of 2008. Thanks to a fabulous teacher, knitting became a consuming passion. After a lot of encouragement from those close to me, I began to design. For me, designing is like writing a letter to someone. It’s an expression of what’s in my heart - how I feel, what I think about, what I see around me, or who I am sharing life with at that moment. I strive to hit my sweet spot - where design and art intersect.

My goal is to write patterns that are easy to understand and design fashion items you will love to wear.
