French living in South Brittany, I definitely think that knitting is a good way to be creative and relaxed (nearly like meditation, it can also help me to be more intuitive sometimes ! )

Professionnally, in a part of my work, I use my knitting and crochet skills in the Life Coaching/art-therapy and relaxation sessions.

I love colorful and joyful yarns, as natural as possible and sweet fibers.
I’d love to dye, spin, weave, but no time enough, facing the infinite universe of knitting andr crocheting. I admire and dream of learning these skills, for now ;-)
