As a lifelong knitter, I have finally come to trying my hand at writing down my designs and sharing them publicly. These pieces are the result of a happy collaboration of my creative curiosity and the inspiring wool, mohair, and alpaca fibre grown by Laurie Morris, the owner of Disdero Ranch located in the lower Thompson Nicola Valley, BC. It is an ongoing pleasure to visit the ranch and its animals -- dogs, sheep, goats, llamas, and alpacas -- and an adventure to gain more insight and knowledge of this craft as I get drawn deeper into the exciting world of fibre.
