My name is Rachel and I have too many hobbies. Knitting is probably my favorite one. I also love naturally dying yarn and am learning to spin and quilt. When I’m not knitting I enjoy hiking with my dogs, climbing, horror movies, video games, and playing nerdy board/card games.

I am a designer at Universal Yarn as well as an independent designer. I had no idea how much knitting would transform my life when I purchased my first set of needles and ball of yarn. Sometimes I have to pinch myself as a reminder that this isn’t a dream--I am so incredibly lucky.
